Tried my hand at this Bengali mixed vegetables….
Preparation
Lovely combination of sweets, sours and bitters.
Here is the final result!
fresh tarragon and garlic potato wedges sprinkled with Himalayan truffle salt and yogurt dip made with tomatillo and green chilli, with dash of paprika
bed of arugala, topped with blueberries, avocado, chopped walnuts, hint of goat cheese, and dressed with garlic, olive oil, salt and pepper. Simple and refreshing!
