Mom’s Szechwan/Sichuan chutney - Sichuan is a style of Chinese cuisine from Sichuan province, well known for its bold and pungent flavors. The distinctive taste is from the hot Sichuan peppers and chili’s that grow in abundance in the region due to the humid weather conditions. This is a great example of a dish that has crossed borders with migrants, beautifully becoming a part of our food culture in India. Here I have used Kashmiri chillis because they add great deep color to this chutney . #sichuanpepper #sichuanchili #szechwanchutney #chillysauce #kashmirichilli #soyasauce #chillis #chillys #spicy #glutenfree #vegan #nutssyssecretsupperclub #cookingwithlove .
